Leo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and was registered in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Quebec, the Northwest Territories, California, Florida, New York, Alaska and Ohio. His experience and responsibilities span all aspects of project work from conceptual and feasibility studies and site selection to conceptual design, specification preparation, engineering design and design review, technical supervision, quality control, procurement and construction including field supervision and commissioning.
