After receiving Engineering and MBA degrees from the University of Alberta, Bob spent the next 37 years with ATCO, including acting as Vice President of Government Affairs, Communications, and Corporate Initiatives. His experience included diverse technical and business areas, with a focus on major facilities planning, strategic business planning, regulatory proceedings, and project economic evaluation. A key area of expertise was working closely with external parties to arrive at mutually agreeable solutions. Bob is experienced at developing key relationships and executing advocacy plans in the context of new government policy and regulations, involving industry and government stakeholders.
