After receiving Engineering and MBA degrees from the University of Alberta, Bob spent the next 37 years with ATCO, including acting as Vice President of Government Affairs, Communications, and Corporate Initiatives. His experience included diverse technical and business areas, with a focus on major facilities planning, strategic business planning, regulatory proceedings, and project economic evaluation.
