Wade Chute

Chemical process engineer with 30 years of material processing experience for pulp, paper, fibreboard, composites, and chemical manufacturing industries. Have been involved in research, plant design, startup, scale-up, optimization and commercial operations in Canada and Korea. Created and for 15 years led an R&D program at the Alberta Research Council (now InnoTech Alberta) that developed new products, processes and technologies for agricultural materials. Have a strong global network of researchers and industry professionals for agrifibre processing and products. Have owned a private consultancy since 2014 specializing in process design and development. Sessional instructor at the University of Alberta in 4th year Chemical Engineering (Design I and II).
