Lyle is a management consultant with over 25 years of experience in strategy, organizational development, leadership, marketing, communications and business development. He consults to corporations, government and non-profit organizations helping them realize the social and economic benefits of sustainable innovation and social transformation. Lyle is graduate of the University of Toronto (BA Hons. Spec, International Development and Anthropology) and Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) (MBA, Global Strategy and Marketing). He is also an active and engaged volunteer in his community and currently serves Director for both the Canadian National Exhibition Association and the Democracy House.
