Larry is a professional with a strong background in agriculture and information technology. For the past 30 years Larry has been directly involved in working with small to mid-sized manufacturing and grain processing companies. His experience involves operational restructuring, change management, and training and implementing ERP software. Using the data obtained from the new integrated environment, Larry is able to develop the management reporting tools needed to monitor their daily operation and the effects of further bottom line operation changes to a company’s performance. As a business operations consultant, Larry believes the full integration of technology into business operations provides the controls and metrics needed to manage successfully into the ever-increasing complexity of their customers’ and government demands.
