Joe Dubovsky

Joe has 45 years of experience in the mining industry, particularly related to the sand, gravel and concrete business through-out western Canada and the Pacific northwest region of the US. During his tenure, Joe has gained experience in all aspects of the industry including; identifying market potential and establishing business case, source identification, environmental compliance, permitting and operation development and commencement. He also conducted process improvement initiatives with established aggregate and concrete businesses throughout the region. Joe served on the Board of the Canadian Ready–Mix Concrete Association and served a term as president of the Alberta Ready-Mix Concrete Association. Through his tenure Joe has established operations and joint ventures on or near industrial sites in both Alberta and BC which included several First Nations consultations in the Wood Buffalo Region. Joe enjoys working in a participative management environment and is proud to have been involved in developing a positive Safety Culture with his various operations over the years.
