Ian has over 40 years of gas pipeline network system planning and related engineering experience following an extensive career with TransCanada Pipelines. He has served in roles ranging from Regulatory Project Manager to Facilities Planning Manager. He assisted in the preparation of the NEB application for the Keystone XL Pipeline and provided associated hearing support, as well as contributed to the fulfillment of post-certificate condition filings. He possesses significant gas and oil pipeline technical and regulatory expertise.
