Charles Cote

Charles has over 25 years of experience in the retail sector. He was the COO of the United Farmers of Alberta and a senior executive with Kmart Canada and Zellers. He was also the International President of Wholesale Sports and Interim President of Sportsman’s Warehouse, both of which are large international retail chains. He has expertise and a strong track record of creating shareholder value through marketing prowess and operational excellence. He was responsible for significant increase in revenue and earnings for a large retail chain, successfully opened many new store locations, and managed and financed acquisitions. In addition, he has demonstrated skills in identifying opportunities, negotiating transactions, directing due diligence and managing operations. Charles held Board positions with large international organizations such as Universal Co-op and Wholesale Sports.
