Amit Varma

Amit is a tech entrepreneur with 20+ years global experience in banking, Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS), and heavy construction industries. He is the CEO and co-founder of Braintoy Inc., an Artificial Intelligence technology firm that does real-time load prediction of utilities. He also founded Veerum, a Calgary-based industrial internet of things (IoT). Start-up experience also includes Adventity, a financial services ITeS firm in India, recognized as the Emerging Company of the Year. He has a master’s degree in management science from the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and is an alum of the Indian School of Business and the Kellogg School of Management.
