Leo has decades of design and project management experience in gas, oil and coal-fired conventional and nuclear thermal power plant projects and alternative energy, combined cycle, cogeneration and industrial utility power projects. Leo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and was registered in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Quebec, the Northwest Territories, California, Florida, New York, Alaska and Ohio. His experience and responsibilities span all aspects of project work from conceptual and feasibility studies and site selection to conceptual design, specification preparation, engineering design and design review, technical supervision, quality control, procurement and construction including field supervision and commissioning. Leo also has a strong business development background and expertise.
