He has held various board of director positions and has a vast array of skills in coordinating board memberships, hiring management and establishing start-up companies in the energy sector. Over his tenure in the industry, he has successfully raised over $230 million in equity based on innovative geological concepts. Phil has implemented cutting edge drilling designs in regions like the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB) and east Texas, specializing in deep basin reservoirs.
